In this workshop, we will discuss and practice what Learning is and various factors that affect Learning, such as:

- Learning strategies (retrieval, spacing, interleaving, etc)
- Metacognition
- Mindset (growth mindset vs fixed mindset)
- Motivation
- Practice/Feedback (deliberate practice)
- Prior knowledge
